PCP is taken orally, injected, and even smoked. LSD is taken orally, licked off paper, gelatin or liquid form, and even can be placed in the eyes. Mescaline and Peyote are chewed, swallowed, smoked. Can be found in tablets or capsules and then taken orally. Mushrooms are chewed and then swallowed.

PCP can be in liquid form, white crystalline powder, pills or capsules. LSD is found in colored tablets, blotter paper, clear liquid, and thin squares of gelatin. Mescaline or Peyote is hard dark brown discs, tablets, or capsules. Mushrooms are fresh or dried mushrooms.
